Wanderin' Studio isn't a perfectly polished lifestyle blog, and that's kind of the point.
It's a place for real life, curiosity, creativity, grit, and asking the questions other people sometimes don't want to ask.
Behind Wanderin' Studio is a Jeep-loving, dog-owning mom in Florida who's spent plenty of time figuring things out the hard way. I'm also in a long-term relationship with a veteran, which has given me another window into the realities working families and veterans can face when trying to navigate systems that are supposed to help them.
I love getting outside, exploring Florida, creating things, chasing random ideas, learning new skills, helping small businesses, and turning a “what the hell is going on here?” moment into something worth investigating.
And that's really how Wanderin' Studio came to be.
I Don't Fit Into One Niche
Neither does real life.
One day I might be digging into a problem affecting working families in Volusia County.
Another day I'm working on a small-business idea, researching something I've stumbled across in Florida, creating something, talking Jeeps, exploring the outdoors, or sharing something I learned because I couldn't leave a question alone.
Wanderin' Studio is where all of those things meet.

I don't claim to have every answer.
What I will do is ask questions, look for the original source when I can, show readers where information came from, correct something if I get it wrong, and distinguish between documented facts and my own opinions or experiences.
More Than a Blog
Wanderin' Studio is also a place to build things.
Some ideas turn into stories. Some turn into projects. And some might just turn into something you can wear.
Roamer Wear is one of those ideas—a growing apparel brand born from the same love of backroads, Jeeps, adventure, independence, and doing life a little differently.
As Wanderin' Studio grows, you'll find more original projects, products, designs and probably a few ideas I haven't even thought of yet.
Because around here, wandering isn't being lost.
Sometimes it's how you find the next thing worth building.
Why “Wanderin' Studio”?
Because sometimes the best things happen when you wander a little.
Wander down a backroad.
Wander into an idea.
Wander into a question nobody seems to be answering.
Build something.
Research something.
Get your hands dirty.
Change direction.
Start over.
And occasionally ask:
“Wait... why the hell are we doing it this way?”
